Early Registration Complimentary Micro-Credential Courses

Early Registration Complimentary Micro-Credential Courses are introduced as an added value program to our new students. Students will be exposed to the necessary skills and knowledge that will prepare them for their future learning in UNITEN. There is no need to worry about fees because it is free to all new students. To register, please follow the steps.

Registration for July 2024 Intake is open from 4 April – 10 July 2024, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (Malaysia Time). Please ensure you've received the UNITEN Offer Letter and made the registration fee payment before starting this registration process. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. When is the due date for the Registration Fee payment?
Kindly pay the Registration Fee two days earlier before your date of registration. This is to ensure your payment is reflected in our system.

2. How to make a payment?
Payments can be made in the same Online Application System when you apply for UNITEN. Select the login applicant, enter your email address and password. Email localadmission@uniten.edu.my if you forget the info. In the system, please select FPX payment. You may choose to make payment according to the item of payment. Payment from FPX will be reflected in our system within one day. 

3. When should I pay my tuition fee?
UNITEN provides flexibility in this payment. The tuition fee can be paid after receiving a student invoice, which will be given two weeks after the registration of new students. The deadline to pay for tuition fees is at least one month before final examinations or online assessments.

4. How about Orientation?
The Orientation is on 19 - 22 February 2024. There will be different modules every day so you're required to join all sessions. The information and guidance given during orientation are very important to guide you through university life. 

5. What documents do I need to provide for online registration?

Please complete and upload Buku Pendaftaran Pelajar Baharu (New Student Registration Booklet) within one month from the registration date. If you face difficulty to upload, please email the document to enrol@uniten.edu.my.

Please print a copy of the Buku Pendaftaran Pelajar Baharucomplete it and upload via online application system. The Buku Pendaftaran Pelajar Baharu must be stamped with a duty stamp of RM10.00 at the Pejabat Hasil / Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri / Post Office.

Medical checkup can be done at any clinic or hospital.

7. Can my parents be my Guarantor?
Yes, your parents, family members, or relatives with income above RM2,000 can be your guarantor. Briefing on Letter of Consent (LOC), Letter of Guarantee (LOG) & Letter of Indemnity (LOI) forms will be done during new student orientation. Please send your inquiries to financehelpdesk@uniten.edu.my

8. Where can I get more info on Virtual Learning and UNITEN student account?
