Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. When is the due date for the Registration Fee payment?
Kindly pay the Registration Fee two days earlier before your date of registration. This is to ensure your payment is reflected in our system.
2. How to make a payment?
Payments can be made in the same Online Application System when you apply for UNITEN. Select the login applicant, enter your email address and password. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you forget the info. In the system, please select FPX payment. You may choose to make payment according to the item of payment. To know more about making payment, read here.
Payment from FPX will be reflected in our system within one day.
3. Should I pay the Accommodation Fee since classes will adopt virtual learning?
You may pay the Accommodation Advance Fee RM250 in the Online Application System. The check-in date will be informed from time to time subject to further notice and MCO period.
4. When should I pay my tuition fee?
UNITEN provides flexibility in this payment. The tuition fee can be paid after receiving a student invoice, which will be given two weeks after the registration of new students. The deadline to pay for tuition fees is at least one month before final examinations or online assessments.
5. How about Virtual Orientation?
The Virtual Orientation is on 7-10 June 2022. There will be different modules every day so you're required to join all sessions. The information and guidance given during orientation are very important to guide you through university life.
6. What documents do I need to provide for online registration?
Please provide BUKU PENDAFTARAN PELAJAR BAHARU within 1 month after registration. (Subject to further notice of MCO)
Please print a copy of the Buku Pendaftaran Pelajar Baharu, complete it and upload via online application system. The Buku Pendaftaran Pelajar Baharu must be stamped with a duty stamp of RM10.00 at the Pejabat Hasil / Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri / Post Office.
Medical checkup can be done at any clinic or hospital.
7. How to obtain registration documents (Buku Pendaftaran Pelajar Baharu) if I cannot download from application system?

8. Can my parents be my Guarantor?
Yes, your parents, family members, or relatives with income above RM2,000 can be your guarantor.
9. Where can I get more info on Virtual Learning and UNITEN student account?
You will receive emails for Notification on Registration Status and Notification on User Account Activation 24 hours after completion of your registration. Please browse through the link here:
