What to expect during UNITEN Online Registration

Please read the Infographic. The system will open for registration starting at 8.30 am, 29 January 2023 - 23 February 2023 Malaysian Time. Please be prepared and make sure you have a good internet connection.

Some of the information is only applicable when you have successfully registered and obtained the student ID number. (example student confirmation letter)

MALAYSIAN STUDENTS
Foundation, Diploma & Bachelor

  1. Ensure that you have received an Offer Letter from UNITEN. Please e-mail to SSuhaidah@uniten.edu.my or localadmission@uniten.edu.my if you haven’t received one.
  2. Make registration payment of RM1,348. Click here on how to make payment via FPX. Please complete the payment 2 days before the registration day.
  3. To register, log in to UNITEN Online Application System (UniApps).  E-mail to localadmission@uniten.edu.my if you forget your login ID and password.
  4. Click the "I Agree & Register" button after reading the terms & conditions.
  5. You will receive emails for Notification on Registration Status and Notification on User Account Activation after 24 hours upon completion of your registration. Please contact Registrar Office at 011-55856290 / 011-1919 0551 if you do not receive the notification emails after 24 hours.
  6. Using your user account info from step 5, please test your login access to Microsoft teams 365, Moodle, and UNITEN Info. You are now ready to view virtual orientation on the scheduled date and to access your virtual learning. You will receive emails for Notification on Registration Status and Notification on User Account Activation after 24 hours upon completion of your registration. Please contact Registrar Office at 011-69856290 or email ITMSHelpdesk@uniten.edu.my if you have issues accessing your learning portals.

Postgraduate - Master & PhD

  1. Ensure that you have received an Offer Letter from UNITEN. Please email hafifi.tarmizi@uniten.edu.my or pgapps@uniten.edu.my if you haven’t received one.
  2. Make a registration payment of RM1,298. Click here to make payment via FPX.  Please complete the payment 2 days before the registration day.
  3. To register, log in to UNITEN Online Application System (UniApps).  E-mail to pgapps@uniten.edu.myif you forget your login ID and password.
  4. Click the "I Agree & Register" button after reading the terms & conditions.
  5. You will receive emails for Notification on Registration Status and Notification on User Account Activation after 24 hours upon completion of your registration. Please contact Registrar Office at 011-55856290 / 011-19190551 if you do not receive the notification emails after 24 hours.
  6. When you have your user account info from step 5, please test your login access to Microsoft teams 365, Moodle, and UNITEN Info. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Intensive English Programme, Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor, Master & PhD

  1. Ensure that you have received an Offer Letter from UNITEN.  Please e-mail to Jihadi@uniten.edu.my or intadmission@uniten.edu.my if you haven’t received one.
  2. Make visa application payment of RM3,150 and submit all documents for the visa process. After achieving 35% application progress, you’ll receive the EMGS Approval Letter.
  3. Make a registration payment of RM 6,600 and an additional RM 5,600 if you have to take the Intensive English Programme (IEP). Click here on how to make payment via  Flywire.  Please complete the payment 2 days before the registration day.
  4. To register, log in to UNITEN Online Application System (UniApps). Email to intadmission@uniten.edu.my if you forget your login ID and password.
  5. Click the “I Agree & Register” button after reading the terms & conditions.
  6. You will receive e-mails for Notification on Registration Status and Notification on User Account Activation after 24 hours upon completion of your registration. Please contact International Office at +6011-6558 9688 if you do not receive the notification emails after 24 hours.
  7. Using your user account info from step 6, please test your login access to Microsoft teams 365, Moodle, and UNITEN Info after 24 hours. You are now ready to view virtual orientation for undergraduate/ ‘Meet & Greet’ session for postgraduate students on the scheduled dates and to access your virtual learning.
