Convocation Ceremony Guidelines

*The Convocation Ceremony is for the individuals who have completed their academic programs and officially graduated in the year 2024*

Convocation Process Flow

A. Check Status

Check your items as below:

  1. Check your convocation status and session via https://info365.uniten.edu.my/info365.
  2. Please read the CONVOCATION TERMS and CONDITIONS.
  3. If you have difficulty in accessing the above link (e.g. forget the password, username) kindly forward your request to https://www.uniten.edu.my/i-recommend.

Note: Graduates who have outstanding debts with the university, will not be able to access the convocation system. In order to attend the convocation ceremony, you are advised to settle all debts with the university (if any) before 18 October 2024.​ You may contact the Finance and Procurement Department via email financehelpdesk@uniten.edu.my.

 

B. Make Payment

Convocation Fees:

Payment can be made via FPX and Flywire at https://info365.uniten.edu.my/info365

Category 1 Category 2
Not Taken Certificate

Taken Certificate –  (for International student only)

For graduates who have taken the PhD/Master/Degree/Diploma certificate in advance (Early Certificate) only, there will be a deposit of RM600.00 for the academic attire

Bachelor and Diploma

  • RM 300.00

Bachelor and Diploma

  • RM 300.00 (convocation fees) + RM600 (deposit)= RM900

PhD and Master

  • RM 350.00

PhD and Master

  • RM 350.00 (convocation fees) + RM600 (deposit)= RM950
Note: The Convocation Fee will not be refunded

Note:

  • Deposit will be returned within 3 working days [local bank only] after the date of returning the academic attire to the convocation secretariat and subject to the academic attire is in good condition. Please state the recipient's bank name and recipient account number when filling in the convocation attendance for a refund.
  • The Convocation Fee will not be refunded

 

 

C. Collect Convocation Attire

Please refer to the schedule in the Collection of Academic Attire 

 

D. Rehearsal

Rehearsal

E. Return Convocation Attire

Please return the Convocation Attire according to Return of Academic Attire Schedule.

Collect your Certificate
Certificates will be distributed to graduates upon the return of the convocation attire (in good condition) and upon obtaining financial clearance (tuition fee, accommodation, fines, library fees, etc)
